I Drove Towards It In My Car

A very quick one. What is the acceptable punishment for people who park in the "parent and child only" parking spaces, yet have no child with them? This equally applies to people who park in "disabled only" spaces, by the way.
I don't understand the level of arrogance it must take to think it's acceptable to do this. We don't park in "parent and child" parking spaces for a laugh, we park in them because normal parking spaces often don't have sufficient room to allow us to remove a child in a baby seat, and because we need to have delineated paths that mean we're not faced with trying to out manouver a car with a baby buggy.
Anyway, I was thinking broiling for half an hour and then dipping in chilli flakes. Anyone else?

  1. We don't have any 'parent and child' parking here in the States, but some places are kind enough to provide 'stork parking' for pregnant women. Imagine being 40 weeks pregnant and having to park half a mile from the store because some $@#%! who was only two or three months pregnant at most decided to take the 'stork parking'. Yeah, I was pretty HOT.
