Tales From the Engine Room

Now that Gracie is getting bigger and more confident the girls have a pretty nice time playing together. Olivia is quite patient with her and generally shares toys nicely.

Gracie is the more confident of the two and if she wants something she grabs it and holds on till Olivia let's go...it is generally Olivia who comes whinging that Gracie has taken something off her. Olivia looks out for Gracie and either tells her not to do something or tells me if she is doing something dangerous.

Olivia has also recently taken on a role of interpreting for Grace but I am not sure how accurate this is as half the time she hasn't even spoken when Olivia gives a translation. The translation is usually along the lines of 'Gracie wants milk'. Mummy uses her detective powers to read between the lines and translate this as 'Olivia wants milk'!
