Fingers Toes Head Heart and Soul

Things that Olivia loves...

Her cousin Heather - she keeps biting her but cries if she leaves the room
Chocolate, although Mummy is too mean to let her have much
'Big Cook, Little Cook', which she calles 'Cook'
Mr Tumble from 'Something Special'
Anything to do with the Night Garden
Peas
Ducks (not to eat!)
Going to the park with Daddy
Swimming, which she calls 'pool'
Grace, who she calls 'Gracie', siser (sister) or 'baby'
Building tall towers with bricks and them knocking them down and laughing
Teletubbies, particularly La La
Knowing what people do in the toilet, whether Grace has a poo poo nappy and saying bye bye to things we flush down the toilet - think it might be time for potty training soon
Fish fingers (there goes my organic credentials), which she calls 'fingers'
Talking on the phone
Milk
Cooking us meals with play food
The Christmas lights in our local shopping centre, which she calls 'Santa Lights'
Counting, although she is not keen on 5 or 7!
Yogurt
Singing 'Baa Baa Black Sheep' and Twinkle Twinkle Little Star'

  1. Gregory thought there might be a few things missing from Olivia's list. He humbly suggests:
pointing your fingers and doing the twist; spinach and ricotta filled pasta; scooby doo; shoes, especially high heels; colourful socks, or socks with pictures; diggers and/or work-men, especially in high-vis jackets; lifting up the cereal bowl to drink the cornflakes-milk; telling off the cats because they are smaller than you; cosy mittens.
