Born to Run

Today was adventure day and so (determined to wring every last cent out of the National Trust membership) we went off to Wimpole Hall and farm (www.wimpole.org). This was a fairly good compromise as Mummy got to indulge her costume drama disposition





and love of beautiful gardens while the girls indulged their love of running around like mad things.





Later the girls got to go and see the rare breed farm and play in the play area.





They even got to try their hand at milking (although luckily this was on a machine mock-up so no animals were harmed in the making of this blog).
