Cruel joke, cruel joke

I've just read one of the craziest stories I have read in a long while. A mother, her own mother and sister, goaded her two and three year old children to have a full on fight, which she she then videod. I honestly cannot even imagine what sort of person thinks that is acceptable behaviour.
