Day 68 - The Big Reveal (part 5)

Since I am a geek, I keep in touch with many of my friends via the interwebulator. Some of them may even be real people. So, either because I generally keep in touch with these people via the Web, don't have their phone numbers, ran out of time or some other not entirely convincing excuse, I told a lot of people via email.

Since I'd like this to be a record of everything, I'm going to post some of the comments we had. I'll identify people by their initials only. This will have the added bonus of making it hard for me to remember who the bloody hell some of the comments were written by when I come to look at this in a decade's time or whatever...

"Whoop! Mad bastards :-)

All the advice you need, any time you need it ;-) " JC

"Oh good god, I didn't realise we'd had a preggo in the flat. Good job we're moving out soon, eh?

Congratulation mate, thrilled for you. Have you thought about names yet? I believe biblical kings are making a comeback at the moment *whistles*" DN

"Can I just say WOOO HOOO!!! Congratulations guys, I've just been reading the blog and it brings back memories from 15 years ago and the excitement of it all first time around.

You are both at the beginning of a long journey that hopefully will bring you a great deal of happiness." A'T'M

"\o/ I have bookmarked the blog and shall visit often to glory in your hopes and
fears :) Give K___ an extra fluffle from me - gawd bless 'er guvnor!" EW

"Hey congrats to you both!!" RV

"Fantastic news mate. Just to prove I actually read the whole thing, I spotted a stray reference to "K***" on day 41.

I'll put the rest of my comments in your blog since I've got such clever and insightful things to say, your other readers should also have the chance to read my pearls of wisdom.

I've only blogged once before so forgive me if it turns out I'm blogguarly challenged - feel free to delete and block me ;-)" NR

"Congratulations, poppa M______. May the new baby bring you many sleepless nights and unaccountable noises, which are, after all, what babies are for." CL

"Congratulations. Sorry for the late reply but I've been on permanent call since Friday..!

I can highly recommend this book:
