Ooh! K__'s got a baby-bump!
She didn't have one yesterday, we're quite sure on this, because she remarked how we should take a photo of her stomach so we could do before and after pictures (we got distracted by something else and didn't do it, in the end) and now it's there; the literal growing pains of the past couple of weeks have ceased and the womb has moved up towards where it needs to be for the foetus to have enough room to grow to term. It's really, really weird, but it's unmistakable. Her stomach is just as totally different shape and size than it was before.
This is so cool.

Sadly the growing pains are still here. One of the many things people don't tell you about pregnancy it that it really does hurt sometimes! (and not just the bit at the end :)
ReplyDeleteIts something to do with ligaments stretching to allow the uterus to grow...or something...but it isn't comfortable.
Nevertheless there is definitely some bump action going on in the last week.
Now if I could only get someone to give me a seat on the DLR train then life would be decidedly better!!!!
