K___'s done her back in.
She doesn't know what caused it, but prolonged standing, sitting, lying, breathing, blinking, existing, constructing a new philosophical paradigm based on merely thinking about existing and getting into a mosh all result in her wincing as white pain shoots up her spine and starts flicking the ears of any available nerve endings. Wincing, and indeed crying out in the middle of the supermarket. Not to mention crying.
She's got physio on Friday.
